In today’s we learned about the importance of content strategy and user personas, these 2 things help designers identify pain points that need solving

Content strategy is the planning, creation, delivery, and management of content to provide a cohesive and meaningful experience for users. It ensures that the right content is presented to the right audience at the right time, in a way that aligns with both user needs and business goals.

Why is it crucial in UX?

In order to create a good content strategy one must**:**

Netflix being a good example of content curation

Netflix is a great example of content curation because it takes a huge library of shows and movies and organizes them in a way that's super easy for users to explore. It uses algorithms to recommend content based on what you’ve watched, your ratings, and even trends in your area. Categories like "Because You Watched" or "Trending Now" make finding something to watch feel personal and effortless. Plus, the layout is clean and visually appealing, making it simple to navigate. Netflix basically does the hard work of sorting and suggesting content so you can sit back and enjoy.

User Persona

Doing a storyboard helped me think about the potential users that will be interested or willing to us AVs, hence I prompted Chat GPT to come up with 3 user personas for this AV project. Reading about them was quite insightful as to what needs to be done to satisfy their needs.
